There can be wrong judgment made by leaders in organizations while trying to perceive others critically at the workplace. Therefore, there must be a good rapport built by the leaders with the organizational members (Hitt et al. 2018). There can be participant observation in which the leader can indulge him/her to ensure that every organizational member’s moves can be monitored constantly (Hitt et al. 2018).
